after a yaer of buying our rs2nabb side by side frige feeezrr we recieved a letter from samsung to say the twin cooler had to be replaced which they came and replaced, now we have a problem that we get a build up of alot of ice behind this panel, which we have to turn off the frige feeezrr and remove the panel and use a hairdryer to get rid of all this ice build up this takes over 24 hours as the drain hole is iced up, this has happened before .please could you advice me what i can do to stop this problem thank you for your help. |
