AutoExtract2 no longer has internal support for ZIP and RAR files, they are now handled externally, this way you can specify any archiver you want for these formats. AE2 is now preconfigured to use 7-Zip (distributed with AE2 under the GNU LGPL License). AE2 no longer uses a progress bar display because the decompression is handled externally.
Version 2.7 added the ability for AE2 to extract files that are already in your monitored folder when the application starts Registration and Download Instructions Download the demo/evaluation version by clicking the Download button, once downloaded double click the file to install, the filesize of the download is 2.1Mb.
